Guided Meditation is designed to help with personal growth, insight and relaxation through guided journeys, and is a meaningful activity enjoyed as part of a small group.
Elaine, as a trained leader and Reiki Master, will take you through the process to ensure that 
your journey is a safe, loving and enlightening encounter which will resonate as a unique 
experience that is perfect for you at that particular time of your life.

Research by Neuroscientist Sara Lazar in 2005 has shown that 'meditation can alter areas 
of the brain, increasing those that relate to intelligence, personality and awareness of the 
body, and decreasing areas involved in stress and emotions'. 

Every meditation experience will be a personal development milestone often leading to
answering many of life's long held concerns in a gentle, loving environment. We all grow in
self awareness as we learn how to use our inbuilt innocence combined with positive thoughts
to experience tranquillity and a connection to the true meaning of life. 

Each session will consist of relaxation, and guided meditation followed by group feedback,
so whether you have previously tried a guided meditation or not, why not join in one of our
groups.
